Return, Exchange and Damaged Goods Policy
• All goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable. Refunds are not given if you change your mind, so please choose your jewelry carefully.
• Sales items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• All items are thoroughly inspected before delivery. Joyas de Sasha will not be responsible for any lost/damaged items during the course of delivery but we will diligently make sure the items are packaged safely. If you receive an incomplete or damaged consignment, please contact Joyas de Sasha by dropping an email to joyasdesasha@gmail.com immediately upon receipt. We are more than happy to exchange damaged jewelry if they are returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Joyas de Sasha will not cover the shipping charges incurred by your return. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods, and pay the cost of having the new goods shipped back to you. If you do not receive your items within 1 week from date of shipping please email us and we will personally check with the post office.

Orders, Reservations, Remakes and Custom Made Orders Policy
• Items are sold on a first come first serve basis. Please allow 1 week for remakes (upon receipt of payment) and the item will be sent to you within 2 working days after remake(s) is ready.
• Requests on remakes / custom made orders are available subject to stock/materials availability. We can accommodate your requests and item pricing will be charged accordingly based on materials chosen. If you would like to purchase more than one quantity of the same item, we will try our best to accommodate your requests provided materials are available. • NOTE: A 50% deposit has to be paid when requesting a custom made order. You may choose to pay the full amount or pay a 50% deposit and when the item is completed (photo of final item will be sent to you to ensure 100% satisfaction) you can then pay the balance. In the event that the buyer decides not to purchase the item anymore, the deposit will not be refunded. It takes time, effort, heart and soul to create each piece of jewelry so thank you for your understanding :-)

• NOTE: Reservations can be made for a total of 1 week only. Items that are not paid for within the reservation period will be up for sale again. Please drop us an email if you need more time for payment due to certain circumstances (will be considered).
